6. Payments and Subscriptions

• Authorize recurring payments for subscription plans
• Understand that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Accept that prices may change with notice

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. For annual plans, please contact support for prorated refunds within 30 days of purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abraham's Listing and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Abraham's Listing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.
